How Can painful Muscle Spasms Be Treated?

Hi yes for the past few days I have had stomach muscle spasms that are very painful. I am pretty sure it is because I ate way too much processed sugar through chocolates last Sunday night combined with a lot of ice cream. I havent done that in a year or so. I had just seen my doctor this past Friday and everything was fine, so I am just wondering if three days of this is okay and it will work it self out, or go to doctor. no blood in stool, no blood in urine, just a lot of stomach pain and then once in awhile a spasm that really hurts.
